A story full of tradition, family, and passion
Antonio grew up in his mother's kitchen, where the traditional recipes of Calabria were passed down from generation to generation with love and dedication.
When his life path led him to Switzerland, the desire arose to keep this valuable culinary heritage alive in his new home.
With a lot of heart and passion, he founded the Osteria Mamma Rosa in Winterthur – a place where authentic Italian cuisine, family traditions, and a love for good food come together.

Antonio has brought the traditional cuisine of his Mamma Rosa to Winterthur. Since March 2024, we have been cultivating our culinary identity on Wülflingerstrasse and invite you to enjoy the authentic flavors of the Calabrian land.
